Sending a question to the right place is the difference between an answer this week and an answer never.
Shipping status, a missing delivery, a billing question or a refund. These are handled by the official seller, not by us — they hold your order record and we do not. The support address is on your order confirmation email and on the official checkout page. Have your order number ready.
How to take it, what is on the label, which package suits your situation, or anything covered on this site that was not clear enough. Write to [email protected] and we usually reply within two business days.
If a page here is inaccurate, out of date, or overstates what the evidence supports, we want to know. Send the page address and what is wrong to [email protected]. We correct errors rather than quietly deleting pages.
Fill in the form and we will come back to you by email. Please do not include medical details, prescription information or anything else sensitive — we are not able to give medical advice, and questions about your own health belong with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history.
For anything to do with an existing order, contact the official seller's support team instead. They can look up the order; we cannot.
